MEMORANDUM OPINION Granting the Plaintiffs Motion to Reopen Discovery Vacating in Part the Grant of Summary Judgment to the Defendant

I. INTRODUCTION

This Title VII matter comes before the court upon the plaintiffs motions for limited reopening of discovery and for limited reconsideration of the court’s order granting partial summary judgment to the defendant.
