EASTAUGH, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Board members and officers of a condominium association owe a fiduciary duty to the condominium owners. Courts, however, generally do not substitute their judgment for condominium association officers’ decisions unless they'are unreasonable. Connie Bennett owns two units in a condominium complex. William Weimar and Robert Cro-nen hold office in and have voting control of the condominium association.
