Appellant Donnietha Bradford contests her convictions for capital murder, kidnapping, and aggravated robbery and her sentence of life imprisonment without parole. She argues insufficiency of the evidence, breach of her Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights as they pertain to her statements to police, and failure of the trial court to give certain instructions to the jury relating to termination of her accomplice status.
