Action upon a promissory note of $2,250, given by D. F. Brannan to the Citizens State Bank of Argyle and indorsed by the other five defendants. The indorsers answered, denying liabilityi. There was a verdict in favor of the answering defendants. Plaintiff moved for judgment or for a new trial, and appealed from an order denying its motion.
