Plaintiff Christine Hicks brings this action seeking review of the final administrative decision by Defendant Michael J. Astrue, in his official capacity as Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”), 1 denying Plaintiffs claim for Supplemental Security Income Benefits (“SSIB”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
