Plaintiff Lavon T. Davis (“Plaintiff’) brought this action on September 1, 2016, seeking to reverse the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security, Defendant Nancy A. Berryhill (“Defendant” or “Commissioner”), denying her application for supplemental security income benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act. See Compl. [Dkt. 1].
