Appeal from an order made after judgment denying plaintiff’s motion to quash writ of execution and vacate execution levy and sale.
Plaintiff brought this action against defendant to annul their marriage on the ground that at the time of the marriage defendant had a previous wife living. She also sought to quiet her title to certain real and personal property which she claimed as her separate property.
