This appeal is from an order of the trial court denying the motion of the appellants to recall and quash a writ of execution. The history of the transaction and of the litigation between the parties hereto which finally resulted in the issuance of said execution and the motion for its recall, the denial of which led to this appeal, is quite fully set forth by this court upon a former appeal in this case, reported in Montgomery v.
