Defendant-Appellant Donald Robert Cochran, Trustee (Defendant), appeals from the judgment in favor of PlaintiffAppellee Tradewinds Hotel, Inc. (Plaintiff). We vacate a portion of the award of costs and remand for further proceedings. In all other respects, we affirm.
