This appeal arises out of a personal injury lawsuit in which plaintiff Kevin A. Canalez unsuccessfully sued defendants Bob’s Appliance Service Center, Inc. (Bob’s Appliance) and Elanie Hinokuma (collectively, Defendants or Appellees) following an automobile-bicycle collision in which Canalez was injured. Canalez and Canalez’s attorney, Gregory T.
