The defendant, counterclaimant-appellant, crossappellee Waikiki Beachcomber Investment Company (WBIC) 1 appeals the trial court’s findings of fact (FOFs), conclusions of law (COLs), and final judgment entered on November 8, 1990. WBIC contends that the trial court erred in not awarding WBIC all of its claimed damages and prejudgment interest arising out of an alleged breach by the plaintiff, counterdefendant-appellant, crossappellee Amfac, Inc.
