From a judgment in favor of plaintiff after trial before the court without a jury in an action for an accounting to determine the amount of salary due plaintiff from defendant, defendant appeals.

Facts: * On September 19, 1951, plaintiff and defendant entered into a written agreement whereby defendant employed plaintiff as manager of his appliance department for a period of one year commencing on October 1, 1951.
