In this action for breach of an employment contract, the defendants, William H. Peterken, Jill Peterken and Ridgely W. Brown, appeal from the judgment in favor of the plaintiff, rendered after a trial to the court. William Peterken and Jill Peterken claim that the court improperly (1) found that the plaintiff, Biller Associates, had a valid and enforceable contract, (2) found in favor of the plaintiff on its quantum meruit claim, (3) calculated damages and (4) denied the named defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
