CECIL, District Judge.
This action was filed in the District Court by Jon A. Lamson as plaintiff, through his father and next friend, Earl M. Lamson, to recover damages for injuries sustained by an electric shock alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant, Kingsport Utilities, Inc.
The facts are as follows: The accident by which the plaintiff was injured occurred on the evening of June 20, 1955, in a residential area known as Sevier Addition to the City of Kingsport, Tennessee. The plaintiff lived with his father and mother at the corner of Walnut avenue and Putnam street.…
