OPINION
MASTERSON, District Judge.
On July 13, 1962, the plaintiff, George R. Eulo, initiated this civil action here averring that he had suffered damages in the amount of $300,000.00 as a result of a libel published and distributed by the two corporate-defendants and two individual-defendants named in the caption.
