MEMORANDUM OPINION
SPORKIN, District Judge.
The Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) seeks to enjoin the proposed mergers of Defendants Cardinal Health, Inc. (“Cardinal”) with Bergen-Brunswig Corp. (“Bergen”) and McKesson Corp. (“McKesson”) with AmeriSource Health Corp. (“AmeriSource”).
