Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Goodman, J.), rendered December 15, 1988, convicting him of manslaughter in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of 3 to 9 years’ imprisonment and the payment of "restitution” in the amount of $6,050.
