Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County (Hillery, J.), rendered July 31, 1984, convicting her of attempted robbery in the second degree, upon her plea of guilty, and sentencing her to an indeterminate term of IV2 to 4!i years’ imprisonment, imposing a mandatory surcharge of $75, and directing the payment of restitution in the amount of $4,810.97.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof relating to the imposition of the mandatory surcharge; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
