Appeal by the defendant, as limited by her motion, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County (Thorp, J.), imposed January 22, 1990, upon her conviction of attempted assault in the second degree, upon her plea of guilty, the sentence being a definite term of one year imprisonment and restitution in the amount of $1,451.52.

Ordered that the sentence is modified, on the law, by vacating the provision thereof directing the defendant to make restitution in the amount of $1,451.52; as so modified, the sentence is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for a…
