Appeal from the United States Court for the Western District of the Indian Territory, Sitting at Sapulpaj before Justice Louis Sulzbacher. Action in replevin by Capital T'ownsite Company against. L. Iv. Brown and R. E. Brown. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendants appeal.

This was an action in-replevin, commenced by the appellee, plaintiff below, against the appellants-, defendants below, to recover possession of certain personal property. The case was submitted to the court upon an agreed statement of facts, upon which the court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff, and the- defendants, being dissatisfied with the judgment of the court below, took the case by writ of error to the Court of Appeals of the Indian Territorj^, and it was transferred to this- court under the terms of the enabling act and the schedule to the Constitution.
