EASTAUGH, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Heather Kirn petitioned for a long-term domestic violence protective order against her ex-husband, Micah McComas. The superior court granted Kirn’s request on September 10, 2002. McComas now appeals the order, arguing that the superior court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law were erroneous. We affirm, because we conclude that the superior court did not clearly err in finding that McComas had committed a crime involving domestic violence against Kim, that the actions that supported the order were not too remote in time, and that the order was not…
