Appellant, Ivo Dworschak, appeals the trial court’s granting of a no-evidence summary judgment in favor of Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling, Inc. We affirm.

I

On March 26, 2008, Dworschak was employed in Singapore as a senior project manager for Transocean. As part of his duties, he participated in a meeting to discuss a particular project.
