Plaintiffs-counterdefendants Axiom Insurance Managers, LLC and Dan Djordjevic 1 (“plaintiffs” or “Axiom”) are insureds under a general liability policy (the “Policy”) issued by defendant-counter-plaintiff Capitol Speciality Insurance Corporation (“defendant” or “Capitol”).
