These cross-appeals stem from an employment dispute. Appellants Ian Magee and Michael Queen worked for appellee RBG. USA, Inc. In a purported attempt to solicit • business for RBG, Magee and Queen covertly shared undisputedly confidential RBG information with another company. When Magee and Queen’s supervisors learned of their actions, RBG terminated their employment.
