J.J.G. appeals from a summary judgment in this paternity proceeding determining that he is the father of J.L.H. and ordering him to pay child support equal to seventeen percent of his gross income. Appellant was fifteen years old when the child was conceived. He asserts that the child’s mother, L.H., sexually assaulted him, contrary to sec. 940.225(2)(e), Stats. 1979, and that he was incapable of consent under the sexual assault law.
