This action was brought to recover for personal injuries and property damages' arising out of a collision between plaintiff’s motorcycle and defendant’s automobile, at an intersection upon which traffic was controlled by an overhead signal light. Upon trial to a jury, plaintiff was awarded a verdict and judgment.
