Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for personal injuries which she sustained while riding as a guest in an automobile owned by the defendant William *471Ruess, and operated by the defendant Jane Schumacher. At the conclusion of plaintiff’s evidence the court directed a verdict for the defendants. Plaintiff appeals.
