Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Lamont, J.), rendered August 13, 2002 in Albany County, (1) convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, and (2) upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree.
