Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered June 30, 2006, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, assault in the third degree and perjury in the first degree.
