Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Giardino, J.), rendered March 21, 2012, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of assault in the second degree (two counts), aggravated criminal contempt, criminal contempt in the first degree (two counts) and menacing in the second degree.
