MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Elena Sturdza has filed a pro se complaint against twenty-two defendants, most of whom she has not served. Before the court is the renewed motion to dismiss of David Shapiro and Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. [# 15].
