WECHSLER, Judge.
{1} Defendant Amy Law (Tenant) appeals the district court’s judgment of restitution in favor of Plaintiff Carol Rickert & Associates (Landlord). Landlord manages the Zia Plaza apartment complex for Patrick Kinsella (Owner). Tenant argues the district court erred in restoring possession of the apartment to Landlord because Landlord failed to give legally sufficient notice of its intent to terminate the tenancy.
