Respondent, Dushan S. Zdravkovich,1 was admitted to the Maryland Bar on 1 November 1981. The Attorney Grievance Commission (“the Commission” or “Petitioner”), acting through Bar Counsel, filed a petition for disciplinary action against Respondent on 8 August 2002 after learning that he allowed his escrow account balance to drop below the value of the funds he had received and placed in trust in the account.
