Northeast Public Sewer District (the District), 1 along with its Executive Director, Jeffrey Doss (Doss) and Board of Trustees (the Board), (collectively, Appellants) appeal from the trial court’s judgment directing the District to allow Sun-swept Properties, L.L.C.
