This interlocutory appeal arises out of a personal injury lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed by Christopher Lunceford (“Christopher”) and Kimbra Lunceford (“Kimbra”) (collectively the “Luncefords”) against Michael Houghtlin (“Houghtlin”) and Glynn Graybill (“Graybill”) following a motorcycle accident. In disposing of the Lunce-fords’ reformation claim, the trial court found that a general release (“Release”) entered into between the Luncefords and Christopher’s insurance company, Gui-deOne Specialty Mutual Insurance Company (“GuideOne”), had been reformed by the parties…
