OPINION

BAKER, Judge.

Appellants-defendants, GYN-OB Consultants, LLC., and Stephen E. Coats, M.D., (collectively, "the Doctor") appeal the grant of partial summary judgment to the appellees-plaintiffs, Thomas and Lynn Schopp (collectively, "the Patient").1 Specifically, the Doctor argues that the trial court erred when it determined there was an issue of fact regarding whether the Doctor had fraudulently concealed a certain surgery he performed on the Patient.
