The defendants issued fire insurance policies covering contents and business interruption to the plaintiff corporation insuring it against loss and damage occurring on premises occupied by the corporation in Detroit. On March 27, 1967, a fire damaged plaintiff’s building and its contents.
On March 5, 1968, the plaintiff commenced this action to recover under the fire insurance policies.
