This is a libel action which comes before the court for the second time on defendant’s motion to quash the writ of summons, under the following circumstances: The suit was originally filed on February 6, 1934, by a resident of Prince George’s county, Md., against the Washington Times Company, a New York corporation, the publishers of two daily newspapers, the Washington Times and the Washington Herald. It was originally instituted in the circuit court for Prince George’s county, but removed to this court in conformity with the removal statute. The service of…
