I. INTRODUCTION

On October 8, 1998, Plaintiff Douglas Monks commenced suit in this Court, alleging in his two-count Complaint that Defendant Keystone Powdered Metal Company failed to pay the full amount of benefits owed to him under the Group Pension Plan for Salaried Employees of Keystone Powdered Metal Company (the “Plan”), and that Defendant failed to provide a required notice of deferred pension benefits when Plaintiff reached his sixth-fifth birthday but continued to work for Defendant.
