The California Housing Finance Agency (Agency) seeks a writ of mandate compelling respondent, its chairperson and president, to print and issue revenue bonds in accordance with an Agency resolution adopted under the provisions of the Zenovich-Moscone-Chacon Housing and Home Finance Act (the Act) (Health & Saf. Code, § 50000 et seq. (former § 41000 et seq.); all statutory references are to that code unless otherwise indicated).
