This action arises from an unsuccessful effort to develop a shopping center in Concord, New Hampshire. The plaintiffs, Froom Development Corporation and the president of that corporation, Ronald J. Froom, appeal from the judgment of the trial court denying their motion to set aside the verdict, which was rendered on all but one count in favor of the defendants, a collection of individuals and corporate entities, including Developers Realty, Inc.
