SCHALLER, J.

In this negligence action, the plaintiff, Natalie Sigular, appeals from the judgment rendered in accordance with the jury’s verdict. On appeal, she claims that the trial court abused its discretion in denying her motion to set aside the verdict and order a new trial because the verdict was (1) inherently ambiguous and contrary to the law and evidence and (2) wholly inadequate, shocked the conscience and was governed *583by mistake, prejudice or corruption. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
