This is an appeal from a deficiency judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Citicorp Mortgage, Inc., and from a denial of the motion filed by the named defendant et al.1 to open and set aside the deficiency judgment. The defendants claim that the trial court improperly (1) accepted an exterior appraisal of the fair market value of the defendants’ residence during the deficiency judgment hearing and (2) denied the motion to open and set aside the judgment in that the trial court improperly (A) overruled the defendants’ objection to hearsay testimony…
