This is a real estate dispute arising out of Defendants’ termination of a planned $16.7 million mezzanine financing loan for Plaintiffs’ real estate transaction. Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) alleges five claims: breach of contract; fraud; tortious interference with prospective business advantage; promissory estoppel; and equitable estoppel.
