SWEET, District Judge.

The Defendants Mark Bosswick (“Bosswick”) and Sanford E. Ehrenkranz (“Ehrenkranz”) (named solely in their capacity as Trustees of the Riverside Trust, hereinafter the “Trust”) and Peter Lambert (named individually and in his capacity as Manager of the Trust) (“Lambert” and, along with Bosswick and Ehrenkranz, the “Defendants”) have filed a motion for summary judgment, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, to dismiss the complaint filed by the plaintiff Michael Thompson (“Thompson” or the “Plaintiff’).
