FOLSOM, District Judge.
The motion before the Court concerns the construction of three patents assigned to Plaintiff Texas Instruments, Inc. (“TI”), U.S. Patent Nos. 4,884,674 (“674 Patent”), 5,216,613 (“613 Patent”) and 6,039,168 (“168 Patent”)(collectively, “the Subject Patents”). TI brings suit against Defendant Linear Technologies Corp. (“LTC”) for the infringement of the three patents.
