This proceeding was initiated by the state engineer of Nevada some years ago to have adjudicated the relative rights of the water users along the Humboldt River, pursuant to statutory authorization. Stats. 1913, c. 140, as amended Stats. 1915, c. 253, Stats. 1921, c. 106.
