Travelers Indemnity Company (“Travelers”) and ACE American Insurance Company (“ACE”) brought this declaratory judgment action against Bally Total Fitness Holding Corporation and Holiday Universal, Inc., n/k/a Bally Total Fitness of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc.
