Plaintiff Dilian Castro Medina (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Castro”) filed this action under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991 (“ADA” or “the Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., against her employer, The Procter & Gamble Commercial Company (“P & G”, “Defendant” or “the Company”), alleging discrimination and harassment on the basis of a protected disability.
