Tbis is an appeal by the plaintiff, Insurance Company of North America, from a judgment of the Findlay Municipal Court dismissing its complaint against Reese Refrigeration, appellee, as being time-barred according to R.C. 2305.10. Because of the issues raised in this appeal, we have sua sponte removed this case from the accelerated calendar.
